Jobconnect cares about your privacy. To ensure that the information we have about you is safeguarded in the best possible way, we actively work to process your personal data. • Information from registration of CV profile and update(s) of the profile can be found under "my page".

• If you apply for a position or register your profile through the "Search with LinkedIn" function or the "Search with jobreg" function, the system will collect available information from your profile in the service you authenticate with, and this information is then stored on your profile.

• We collect data in aggregated form for visitors to the site, for example traffic data, location data etc.

• The system places cookies in the browser, as described in the document for the use of cookies.

• • Provide our services and communicate these services with you.

  • Make an assessment of your qualifications and facilitation in connection with current and future recruitment and/or staffing assignments.

  • Inform about relevant opportunities and services we offer.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

• Jobconnect is the data controller, that is, we own the data that is entered into the system.

• Recruitment Manager AS is a data processor. They operate and maintain the system where the data resides. In addition, they are responsible for development and system solutions. Recruitment Manager AS uses subcontractors to perform data processing tasks.

There is a separate data processing agreement between Jobconnect and Recruitment Manager AS. This regulates which information the data processor has access to and how the information is to be processed.

Information about you will be presented to customers and other partners through the system. Here, the controller or data processor is obliged to do this as a result of statutory requirements in accordance with the GDPR. 

In order to use your data efficiently and to offer you the best services, it is sometimes necessary to send information to third parties. These third parties have separate and independent privacy policies. Jobconnect is not responsible for the content and activities of the associated services. Nevertheless, we want to protect the integrity of the services we provide and welcome feedback in these areas.

As registered in the system, you have the right to demand access, correction and deletion as described in § 18 as well as § 27 and § 28 of the Personal Data Act. The claim must be answered free of charge and within 30 days at the latest.

If you wish to withdraw your consent, this is done by deleting your own profile.

As a candidate, you can delete your own profile at any time from "Your profile" in the system, or you can contact Jobconnect for assistance. From your profile, you can also change the information you have entered on your profile in the system.

We store your personal data with us for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected. If there is no activity on your profile within 18 months after registration, your profile will automatically be deleted. You will receive a warning of this 14 days in advance.
